Peggy La Point

She was born in Wisconsin but has spent half her life in Portland, so while she’s passionate about all Wisconsin Sportsball teams and a piece of her heart remains in the Motherland, she’s an Oregonian.

Peggy started in radio at UW-Oshkosh’s station, WRST, on the air and in station management. But after a visit to Oregon, she knew she wasn’t going to settle in the midwest. She started at KINK, moved to producing in talk radio, then KINK again (on air and producing the KINK Morning Show), then there were a few years out of radio but like a magnet to metal, found herself back at KINK again.

She’s a mom to two sons and when she’s not at their baseball games or bike races, she’s at a concert or hiking somewhere in the beautiful PNW.
