The Big Float Is This Saturday On The Willamette
String together something floatable, then go ride it on the Willamette River with a fleet of fellow inner-tubers and end up at a beach party in the heart of the city. Gates open at 10 a.m. with float parades scheduled at 1 and 2:30 p.m.
