Recycling TV’s, computers, monitors, printers and laptops may be easier than you think

Doing some spring cleaning and remembered that old printer that you have stashed? Or upgraded your laptop and need to recycle your old? It’s a bit easier to recycle these items than some think. Oregon’s E-Cycles program allows you to recycle up to seven TV’s, computers, laptops, monitors, tablets and printers for free across the state. You don’t have to put your computer on the curb with a free sign hoping someone will be able to reuse it (really, don’t do that. It’s a really bad idea) and most certainly, don’t take it to the landfill (that’s illegal). Oregon’s E-Cycle program has been around for a decade, yet lots of people still don’t know about it. Spread the word & recycle it responsibly.
