Is This The Salad Bar Of The Future?

Salad bars may only be a distant memory at this point.   With Covid-19 cases surging across the country, this salad-making robot may be the future of salad bars…and it’s pretty darn cool!   Of course you do have to touch the screen which isn’t ideal…maybe a future model will be voice activated!
