Portland Rose Festival

May 26-29: Rose Festival CityFair opens at Waterfront Park in Downtown Portland with carnival rides, fair food, and fun entertainment. The opening day ribbon-cutting is at 5 pm, followed by the Nu Wavers pre-fireworks concert at 8:45 pm on Dick’s Auto Group Community Stage. The Opening Night Fireworks presented by Xfinity start at 9:50 pm.

May 27: Enjoy the Ukulele Jam & Sing Along on Dick’s Auto Group Community Stage.

May 29: Celebrate Memorial Day with Kids, Clowns & Characters at Rose Festival CityFair.

June 2-4: It’s the Oregon Brewers Festival Tap Takeover at Rose Festival CityFair, featuring a selection of craft beers curated by OBF founder Art Larrance.

June 3: Come for CityFair, stay for the Starlight Parade, which starts on Naito Parkway.

June 9-11: Fleet Week ship tours begin on June 8, but CityFair is not open on Thursday. The Grand Floral Float Showcase takes place on Naito Parkway on June 10-11.

The Rose Festival CityFair is open for three weekends in a row: May 26-29, June 2-4, and June 9-11, with something different to see and do each weekend. The Rose Festival theme is Focus on Fun in 2023.
