20th Annual Furball Fundraiser

The Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon is a nonprofit in Portland that performs no-cost spay neuter surgeries and feral and stray cats and we have low-cost services for pet cats as well. We work hard to improve the welfare and reduce the population of homeless cats.
