Episode 1 – OBRC’s Refillable Bottle Program
We kick off the series with Joel Schoening, Community Relations Director with Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative, otherwise known as OBRC. OBRC recently launched the first statewide refillable bottle program system in the United States.
