Another Shade of Yellow

On Friday, Coldplay celebrated the 20th anniversary of the British release of their debut album, Parachutes, and released as a present to their fans a previously unseen alternate video of their first hit single, “Yellow.” They’ve also announced that Parachutes will be reissued in a transparent yellow vinyl edition on November 20th.

Take 1 of the Yellow video (hidden in the vaults since 2000). There were loads of extras in this version, but it rained all day so we sent them home at 4pm. Chris grabbed the cameraman and said ‘let’s just walk down the beach’. Worked out well in the end! PH pic.twitter.com/u4uO67vs75
