Once again, the 2013 Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival, presented by First Tech Credit Union, will feature more than 100 performances on four stages plus three After Hours All-Stars concerts at the Marriott Grand Ballroom across from the festival site, six DME Blues Cruises on the Willamette River, workshops, dances and more.
