The Book: Buddha Is As Buddha Does
There are many "self-help" books out there but now comes a book subtitled: "The Ten Original Practices for Enlightened Living". And it comes to us from the guy the Dalai Lama calls "The American Lama".
Lama Surya Das is a self-described Jewish boy from Long Island and thanks in large part to that growing-up background, Lama Surya offers HIS wisdom with a huge helping of down to earth wisdom and humour, and most of all, extraordinary accessibility. Lama Surya's new book is very much driven by a "call to action" and with one's feet planted in both East and West . Ready to step out and take an active part in the world, in a smart and engaged way?
