KINK CD Cover Photo Contest Instructions:
KINK wants to use your photo for the cover for our Plug-In Portland II KINK.fm Local Music Sampler CD. This year we're looking for photos that represent "The Essence of Portland." All eligible photos must depict this theme for consideration. We can accept the following Photoshop files: TIFF, PSD, EPS at exactly 300 d.p.i., no more and no less. We cannot accept JPG files. The last day for artwork submissions for this contest is Friday, May 1, 2009 at midnight. Please read the elegibility and submission guidelines carefully. Submit your photo using the form below.
I. ELIGIBILITY
Plug-In Portland II KINK.fm Local Music Sampler CD Cover Photo Contest is open to all persons 18 years of age and older residing in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Employees of KINK, CBS Radio, Quark, Cravedog, Bridgeport Brewing, Macromedia and Adobe Systems Incorporated, and any of their agencies, affiliates and their families are not eligible to submit entries. Further, winner will be required to sign an agreement releasing all rights to the artwork to CBS Radio Portland.
II. PHOTO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The winning photo selected will become the cover/back panel art for Plug-In Portland KINK.fm Local Music Sampler CD. The submitted photos must depict the essence or Portland to be considered.
Packaging: The KINK packaging will consist of a 2 Panel Quicksleeve with one front and one back panel. The measurement of the Quicksleeve is 5” x 5” with a 1/8” bleed (if necessary). Please visit the TEMPLATES section on the CRAVEDOG website for the exact specifications: www.cravedog.com
Photos must be submitted to us at exactly 300 d.p.i., no more and no less. Keep in mind that most digital cameras are automatically set at 72 d.p.i., so you may need to adjust your camera to get the desired results. We can accept the following Photoshop files: TIFF, PSD, EPS. We cannot accept JPG files.

Photograph Ownership Guidelines: Winning contestant will be required to sign a legal agreement granting CBS Radio Portland, d.b.a. KINK.fm 100% ownership of the photograph. All contestants must claim all artwork is original; non-original submissions will be disqualified from the contest. Complete contest rules are available on KINK.fm
The winner will be notified by KINK via telephone and e-mail. KINK is not responsible for any mechanical telephone error, failure or omission, or lost or misdirected mail or faxes, or neglect on the part of the U.S. Postal Service, or e-mail service disruption.
All rules and restrictions are subject to final review by KINK and may be modified or the contest terminated at any time at our discretion. Complete rules for KINK contests are available weekdays during regular business hours at the KINK, 1501 SW Jefferson Street, Portland Oregon 97201. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Winners may also be required to sign a release of liability in connection with the contest.
All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of the prize, the selection of the winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant, by virtue of entering the contest, agrees to accept the decision of the station as final. KINK reserves the right to declare no winner if none of the artwork submitted is acceptable.

III. JUDGING AND RULES
A. One (1) winner will be posted on the KINK website from May 15, 2009 through Friday May 38, 2009. The judges are KINK Program Director, KINK Marketing Director, KINK Music Director, and Cravedog Manufacturing.
B. All entrants agree to release the use of their name and city of residence as well as the broadcast transmission of information pertaining to their entry, the visual representation of their entry for contest finalists on KINK.fm, or prize-winning conversations, without additional consideration.
