Nonverbal Solutions

Monday, May 12, 2009 - Words are important, but everything else that happens, including a pause, is critical.

Are You a Cat?  Are You a Dog? A Mix of Both, Perhaps?

I want to introduce you to a passionate spokesperson for nonverabal communication. Sari de la Mott began as an educational consultant. She's has been on a neverending whirlwind of discovery ever since, with her company Nonverbal Solutions.

So, what DO cats and dogs have to do with it anyway? They are just one of the stops along the conversation. I think you will really enjoy learning along with me.

After talking with Sari, I began to think completely differently about my relationship with not just  co-workers here at the KINK Studios, but all relationships. (Including my own cats and dogs).

Everyday moments we all go through at our workplace and our life elsewhere can be much more effective. We can achieve our goals in meetings we lead or participate in.

Job Interviews
What about how you present yourself at the all-important job interview? How can you deliver "bad news" more effectively. Or, "good news" for that matter?

This nonverbal thing can really make a difference! It's powerful stuff!
