Dine Out and Dig In!

Grab your co-workers & family and Dine Out to Dig In!All day today the seven Laughing Planet Cafes in Portland are donating 10% of the profits from their fresh fare to Growning Gardens. A local non-profit who promotes the building of organic home gardens in low income households. Their Youth Grow program teams up with schools to provide after school & Summer gardening programs. They provide “Learn & Grow” workshops to teach the public the basics of gardening and other urban farm topics. So remember to Dine out and Dig in tonight at Laughing Planet Café!

Even The Boss supports them! He selects a hunger-fighting charirt to hightligh in every city of his tour and last week through Portland he gave Growing Gardens a shout out!
