Lot's of great releases today, cds, dvds, and an R.E.M. retrospective.  That's reason enough for anyone to head down to your local record store! ~ Jason Miller

R.E.M. - Part Lies, Part Heart, Part Truth, Part Garbage 1982 - 2011: I don't need to tell you how awesome R.E.M. is.  I just need to tell you that they are releasing a 40 song career retrospective featuring a never before released song that you can now hear on KINK called "We All go Back to Where We Belong."

Tegan and Sara - Get Along: The twins are back with a very cool looking live DVD and accompanying 15 song live album.  I'll write a full review of the DVD as soon as I get my hands on it.  Having seen these two in concert on a number of occasions, I'm sure it'll be worthwhile.

Brushfire Records - This Warm December; A Brushfire Holiday Vol. 2: Christmas songs have never sounded so mellow.  If you're getting tired of the classics, Jack Johnson's record label is releasing their 2nd holiday music compilation filled with various Brushfire Records' artists including: Zee Avi, Matt Costa, G.Love, and 2 from Jack Johnson himself.
