Originally from the NW, Brianne relocated to North Carolina and has now returned to charm Portland.

What's it like to head off for school, move to Asheville, North Carolina, which is a total hotbed for musicians and artists, much like Portland. Then you come back. And pretty much have to begin from the beginning. Now, Brianne Kathleen has poured her heart into her first full-length album, Blue Heron Grey. She is part of a welcome new wave of folk singers.
