Late summer brings more real food to our table than at any other time: tomatoes, peaches, eggplant. We become our own chefs. But it’s all thanks to farmers.
LOCAL FARMERS. LOCAL FOODTrue, not everyone can afford fresh fruits and veggies especially from farm stands. But, local food grown by local farmers is a good thing, and more food grown by farmers who sell regionally makes it even more practical a system. When it comes to food, the star is the chef.
