Green Tip: De-Bed Bugging
With bed bug infestations common across the U.S. (yes, even in hotels), here are a few things you can do to assure you don’t bring them back to your bed after holiday travels.
EDEN ON BED BUGSUse a luggage liner made to keep bed bugs out your suitcase and clothes. Keep your luggage off the floor and chairs. Inspect your hotel room with a flashlight for signs of infestation, and inspect your luggage before going home. And finally wash your clothes and luggage in hot water and dry them in extreme heat. Bed bugs can’t survive temps higher than 140 degrees.
