In comes Morgan Geer. Immediately likable. Whether it's Southern hospitality that lives in his DNA, I'm not sure. But where ever this guy might take his music, we go with it.

DRUNKEN PRAYER

Catch the band at Alberta Rose Theatre Friday 7/20/12. More HERE.

The new album was formed and shaped and cobbled together at various studios around Portland. Into the Missionfield offers something familiar in its sound. Sometimes reminiscent of The Band, and other times, the growl of Tom Waits (Morgan has an interesting story about Tom in our conversation). All this is completely unique.
