Sometimes it is fun to revisit old moviesI rediscovered an old movie from 1974 called "Lenny". Dustin Hoffman stars as Lenny Bruce in this Bio-pic chronicling his rise to fame and eventual fall from grace. Valerie Perrine shines as well in a completely awesome 70's kind of way. It is shot in black and white, which adds to the documentary feel and I walked away with a fresh understanding of just how important Lenny Bruce's comedy was. Without Lenny Bruce there would be no George Carlin...No Sam Kinison.....No Richard Pryor
