Soul Vaccination is one of the hottest funk & soul bands in the Northwest! This fixture in the Northwest music scene has been bringing you tunes from the likes of Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Earth Wind & Fire, and Tower of Power for years…and they do it quite well, thank you.

The band features the mighty Hammond B-3 organ playing of Louis Pain, as well as the precision guitar playing of Kerry Movassagh., On bass is Grammy-nominated producer,  John Linn, with Edwin Coleman III keeping the time on drums. Jeannine “Gigi” Wiggins and Mark Wyatt share their soulful vocal styles. Lewis Livermore and Dave Mills carry the backbone sound of the Soul Vax horns on trumpets, with Mary Sue Tobin, Gary Harris, and Tim Bryson on saxophones.

For tonight’s show, they’re bringing in a very special guest. All the way from the Bay area, original Tower of Power guitarist Bruce Conte will lend his very able hands to the band! What a way to finish this incredible week of music! Be sure to pick up a copy of their latest CD, recorded live at Jimmy Mak’s! There is no doubt that this show will blow the roof off of the club, so don’t miss out!
