I'm a pretty good dancer but I've basically got one move. My parents call it my "booter down" dance. For some reason, it makes people laugh. Whatever.

Maybe I need to head over to OBT Exposed this summer and learn some new moves from the dancers. xoxo, ~ Scoutie

Back by popular demand... OBT Exposed - a week of free public programming at Director Park in Downtown Portland. Formerly held for over a decade under a tent in Portland's South Park Blocks, OBT Exposed has been under wraps since 2008. OBT is once again moving our studios outdoors for your enjoyment. We invite visitors of all ages to experience the daily regimen of the dancers as we prepare for our upcoming trip to Seoul, South Korea to perform George Balanchine's The Nutcracker.

9:30am-10:45am: Daily Class
11:00am - 2:00pm: Rehearsal
3:00pm - 6:00pm: Rehearsal

SATURDAY SCHEDULE:

11:00am - 12:15pm: Daily Class
12:30pm - 1:30pm: Rehearsal
1:30pm - 2:30pm: Informal Performance: Excerpts from George Balanchine's Who Cares? Trey McIntyre's SpeakJames Kudelka's Almost Mozart Plus new choreography by retired OBT Principal Dancer Anne Mueller
2:45pm - 3:45pm: FREE Ballet Class for all ages & skill levels
