Liam Finn - Fomo: Liam is the son of Neil Finn (of Crowded House). He is a one-man musical assault! His live shows consist of lots of instruments, energy, and a loop pedal. I was really impressed with his first album, I'll Be Lightning, but haven't heard much from him since. UNTIL NOW!
Gomez - Whatever's On Your Mind: Ignore the fact that this album cover looks like a "NOW: That's What I call Music" release. Gomez is the band that brought us the fantastic "How We Operate" (2006) and the pretty good "A New Tide" (2009). Their new single "Options" sounds great, and is catchy as all get out.
