The new Ellsworth Kelly print exhibit is a treasure of color, ideas, movement, and shapes. Meditation and motion! ~Inessa
One of the new exhibits opening at the Portland Art Museum this w-end (6/16) includes one of the most important artists of the last fifty years. The exhibition includes more than 80 prints drawn from the collection of Jordan D. Schnitzer and his family foundation.
I dropped by PAM for a preview this afternoon, pre-opening, and discovered how best to navigate this colorful exhibit of prints, which Jordan thinks is going to be a kid-favorite!
And Jack Shear, Director of the Ellsworth Kelly Foundation, was on hand as well and suggests we let this amazing exhibit just "wash over" us as we take in the language of Ellsworth Kelly.
