Breakfast of the Gods

I have just discovered the breakfast of the Gods. If you are ever anywhere near “Biscuits” in West Linn, order the Avocado Benedict!It is basically Eggs Benedict with 2 slices of delicious Avocado in place of the Canadian Bacon.
As long as I am at it, next time you are in Portland, have breakfast in the Heathman Hotel and order the Salmon Benedict. Best Benedict ever! They will also French Press a pot of coffee for you. It is a good life! ~ Dave Scott
