This Memorial Day weekend, Jimmy Mak's will be hosting its first ever Indie Rock music festival, "Jimmy Rocks", featuring 10 bands over two nights. It's Indie Immersion! ~I

Tune in to KINK's Homegrown Music Spotlight all this week to hear some of the featured bands.

The first night, May 25th, local indie rock favorites THE DIMES will headline the evening. THE DIMES will be joined by twin songstresses THE SHOOK TWINS, as well as BROTHERS YOUNG, JACK RUBY PRESENTS, and SF-based BIRDS & BATTERIES.

May 26th will be a second evening of epic proportions with the headlining alt-country rockers DENVER, with main supporting band THE PARSON REDHEADS, along with GREAT WILDERNESS, QUIET LIFE, and NORMAN.

These two nights are jam packed with some of the biggest indie rock acts in Portland.
Doors both evenings are at 6pm, with music starting at 7pm sharp. You can reserve your seats with dinner reservations, call the club at 503-295-6542 to make reservations.

Advanced tickets are available at www.tickettomato.com at $15 per evening, or purchase an all weekend pass for $20. Weekend passes are limited, so get your tickets early.
