Dear Friends & Family:
Last month, I received the great honor of being nominated as a candidate for the 2013 Man & Woman of the Year fundraising campaign benefitting the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. As a candidate, I have embraced the responsibility of raising awareness and financial support to help fight the battle against blood cancers. With the idea of strengthening my efforts, an incredible group of my associates have stepped up to form, "Team LifeWise".
in helping me support this great organization by contributing in one of
several ways - cash donation, auction items, or table sponsorship at the
May 30th Gala of Hope.
LifeWise Health Plan of Oregon has graciously offered to participate as a lead sponsor for my campaign. They are committed to improving the lives of those who are touched by blood cancers and supporting the work of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.Every dollar donated makes a difference in supporting the fight against cancer and brings us closer to finding a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkins' disease and myeloma. In 2012 the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Co-Pay Program provided more than $44.2 million helping almost 14,000 patients.
donation is tax deductible and will support the Leukemia Lymphoma
Society programs, including research, patient services, advocacy, public
& professional education, and community services. For your
convenience, you can donate on line at my website or you can mail in
your donation. Please make checks payable to the Leukemia Lymphoma
Society and reference “Team LifeWise” in the memo line.
