With such great weather here in the NW, still thinking garden duty!. Veggie and flower gardens are great. Now think  rain garden.

WHAT IS A RAIN GARDEN?

It's a natural or landscaped basin that catches water off your roof, driveway or walkways. It’s like a sponge allowing for slow filter into the ground before it becomes polluted storm water  runoff. Presto: healthier urban waterways and habitat. You conserve water too, and reduce standing water in your yard. A triple threat.
