Fall for this album with us. Laura Veirs has curated a charming selection of folks songs. Some familiar. Some to discover! And look who is making guest appearances on Tumble Bee.

LAURA VEIRS

The updates just keep coming! Since we last checked in, TUMBLE BEE has picked up a PARENT'S CHOICE GOLD AWARD. Laura's next show is in May at Doug Fir. Not. To.Be. Missed.

Get info HERE.

And here comes a new update and interview. When I heard Peter Yarrow had invited Laura to do a little guest spot this Friday (1.20.12) at Alberta Rose Theatre, she came back to the studio, this time, armed with her guitar. You can listen to the song at the end of our conversation!

I can promise you, Laura's Tumble Bee is a collection you will want to give to everyone you know. It's utterly charming, and beautiful. The most sensational thing reflected in this project is the line you can follow to fellow-creatives that surround Laura. Carson Ellis did the illustration for the album cover. And that's just the beginning of this lovely creation.

Mississippi Studios will host a show Sunday afternoon (12/4)! Laura promises it will be a full band, five strong, there will be bubbles, and costumes, and of course, the songs. More HERE.  And listen to my conversation with Laura, below.
