Friday Freeway Blues: 2-24-12

February 24, 2012, 5:11 pm

Lyle Lovett has a great new disc coming out this next Tuesday and there's a song that fits perfectly for the FFB so we'll get to that tonight.  Grady Champion is at Duffs this Sunday, so we'll get to one of his tracks.  Bob Malone, who doubles as John Fogerty's keyboardist, is at Artichoke Music tomorrow night so we'll be talking with Bob about that and getting to one of my faves from that man.  Then we'll wrap things up with the man who turned 68 years young yesterday, Johnny Winter to remind us that there's far too few heavily tattoo'd albino bluesmen in the world!
