HEREGreen Up the Big Game
Superbowl Sunday is around the corner. On your party menu if you want to keep it green? How does tofu with peanuts roasted in chili oil, swiss chard and tortillas sound. Not so good? Your bbq, your plates, check out the bamboo or one that is made entirely from fallen leaves and water. Seriously.
Ver Terra makes them. Look for reusable straws. And haul out last year’s decorations too. Superbowl starts with a G this year. More

Like polyester which can be reused. Other things to think about? The carbon footprint of clothes, energy waste, transportation. When you think of Eco friendly clothing, keep Portland designers in mind. More
